It differs from Goccia di Genziana
because its roots macerate in the
Grappa liqueur. Its taste becomes
more delicate, with a less bitter finish
and a higher alcohol content of
38°to give value the taste of Grappa.
Excellent after meals, best served at
16/18° in long-stemmed large glasses
used for Brandy.
