The gentian is a protected flower from Abruzzo, the “Green Region of Europe”.
The roots of the flower are skilfully macerated in pure alcohol and produce a very special liqueur.
When consumed before a meal, it helps to establish a good appetite.
After a meal it delivers a "coup de grace" with every sip.
